- What is a Glaze dessert bar?
Our bars are mini desserts that are creamy and soft inside and are covered in chocolate glaze. Think of it as your own piece of cheesecake wrapped in delicious chocolate.
Glaze dessert bars are not baked, they are made by blending the best natural ingredients until creamy and then frozen into molds. After that they are dipped in our hand made chocolate for taste and freshness. Maximum of vitamins and minerals is preserved this way so you get the health benefits out of your dessert.
- What is the size of one bar?
Each cake weighs approximately 2.1 oz (60 g). It’s big enough for one person and can even be shared (of course if you want to).
- How to store Glaze dessert bars?
Please keep your mini cakes refrigerated same as any perishable dessert. You can also put it in the freezer if you want to keep it fresh longer. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days. Store in the freezer for up to 60 days. Take out from the freezer and give about 30–40 minutes to completely defrost at room temperature. Enjoy with a hot drink like cup of tea, coffee or matcha.

- What is buckwheat? Is it gluten free?
Although the word buckwheat contains the “wheat” part, the real product does not contain any. Buckwheat is gluten free. It is actually a seed that has many health benefits: it’s rich in antioxidants and fiber, can help regulate blood sugar levels, supports healthy heart.
- What is artisanal chocolate? How do you make it?
Artisanal chocolate is a type of chocolate that is made from scratch from cacao products. Our chocolate is made using organic cacao paste and cacao butter produced from the “fino de aroma” cacao beans or the beans that are the highest quality and the richest flavor profile. We grind our cacao beans with other ingredients in a special stone grinding machine called melanger for at least 36 hours to create silky texture and the most aromatic, flavorful chocolate.
- Are there any allergens in Glaze dessert bars?
Glaze desserts are naturally gluten, dairy and soy free. Cross contamination is still a possibility at our facility so please be mindful of that when ordering. Our desserts do contain nuts.
